Veteran Loan Help

I need the RRS brain trust on this one. I currently have a client who served in the army and the VA doesn’t have his file 🤦🏻‍♂️. He is trying to buy a home and needs his COE(Certificate of Eligibility) in order to qualify for the VA loan.

I know there is someone on here that can help me with this and expediting this process!
