I just got off the phone with JUCO OL Robert Valencia, who is debating where he will sign on Wednesday.
While he did not tip his hand as to where he's leaning, Valencia did share his top four with me (no order): Utah, Cal, Washington State, and Texas Tech.
He's visited all four schools, with the first visit going to Tech over Thanksgiving week, and finishing it up with a Washington State visit last weekend.
