Not that they mean anything really as a punishment IMO..... But i was discussing the recent ND order from the NCAA to "vacate" all of its wins for the 2011 and 2012 season... which included the MNCG run season.
And he brought to my attention that "Texas Tech had not yet fufullied its 'promise' to do the same for all wins from 1990-1996... and sure enough this above webiste has it worded "Promised to vacate wins fromoffical record"..... But the wins are still on the TTU official record...
that is a strange working "Promised"....... I mean, its almost like "I Pinky Swear to vacate that win".... ????
What is the deal here? are they wins? are they vacated? I was in grade school when it went down, it doesn't matter but it is very intestine seeing how its worded and all the news about Vacated wins going around right now..... thanks
