This is based on the meeting Jim Rickards attended yesterday in Washington plus discussions with others there in addition to the public comments from Mike Pompeo and Lt. Gen. McMasters.
Overall, not much change from his previous analysis although I note that he is now allowing for a 20% chance that Kim Jong Un is taken out (with resulting regime change) in lieu of a military conflict. He is still expecting an 80% overall probability of a confllct (and or regime change) by the end of March 2018. His previous analysis was at 85%.
