Not the service that I've had in the past. Purchased tickets on Monday, the package arrived on Tuesday. Wrong tickets. Things happen, whatever. I was asked to send the tickets back to the seller ASAP, which I did yesterday. He received the tickets this morning. I now do not have tickets as the seller has not shipped the correct tickets back. Stubhub says all comparable tickets are also the same seller and they won't allow them to send alternative tickets. So now Stubhub is offering something that is not comparable or offering a refund. What a bunch of shit.
