We need to get on this guy. Buddy of mine coaches at temple and he told me last year we needed to offer this kid and was wanting tech to take Jeff Carr. We passed on Jeff and he's been playing quite a bit as a true frosh for osu so I trust him when he tells me about his players. Runs a 4.4 and a 10.6 in the 100. Decent size and you can definitely see the speed on the film. Committed to Georgia right now but I think tech may have a shot if we can get him in on a visit.
