Last night arrived from Boston and our plane waited 2 hours to deplane in Houston
Even after we got to the gate there was no gate attendant for 20 minutes so we had to wait
I know weather was bad last night but no excuse...Almost a mini-mutiny at the end by passengers who were missing their connections-Women behind me had her father die that morning and was crying in the plane as she was monitoring her connecting flight that departed while she was held hostage on this flight
Paid for economy plus seat upgrade and the seat was broken and did not recline
Felt sorry for the flight attendants as they tried to console everyone but there was nothing they could do short of opening the door and setting off the emergency shutes
