Tubby Smith and Tech Basketball Question

Coach Smith is Going into year 3 with this program. If Tech does not show signs of a program on the rise does Tubby go on the hot seat? To me basketball is a much quicker turnaround to rebuild a program. We finally are at a place where half of our team transfers after year one.
