The two best players at protecting the basketball according to minutes played and assist:turnover ratio are Brandone Francis and Davide Moretti. They are also our two best free throw shooters at (.750) and (.944) respectively. They need to be on the court when closing out a game.

Kyler Edwards is off to a great start. Maybe not Zhaire/Culver level like, yet. But really, really good. (.545) from 3 point.

Owens is unlike anything I've ever seen at Tech. Tony Battie was one of my favorites, an all-time TTU great, and an NBA lotto pick. Owens looks even more athletic.

I love and appreciate Norense Odiase. He is helping Beard teach the Beard way to this team and he represents the class that turned Texas Tech around and into a winner.

Deshawn Corprew needs more minutes.

Finally, he has to go, but it would be insane to see Jarrett Culver back here next year. He just might would be to TTU MBB what Swoopes was to WBB, the best ever.
