I was waiting for @raiderwill to start the thread and chime in. Unfortunately, I'm still hurting from the conference meet. The way we left so much on the track hurt. Have to think the weather was a factor but still, others rose to the occasion and not many of our athletes did.
With TJ having a forgetful meet he did not run a qualifying time for an individual event at Regionals meaning he won't be able to compete in the 100/200 for a spot at nationals. With a healthy TJ, you could reasonably expect him to score 16-20 points in just those two events at nationals. Unfortunately, we will not be able to count on that. And because of that, our odds of winning the outdoor title takes a huge hit.
The meet will be start today on ESPN+ at 6 pm (was originally scheduled for 4 pm start time) if anyone is interested in watching it. There has already been weather delays so hopefully we don't see a repeat of underperformance like we did at the conference meet. Here is the updated schedule for tomorrow in case the website hasn't already updated it:
