Wow.... I can't believe he is basically saying they deserved it because they were out late.

There is no excuse for the behavior of the young men at Baylor who have been charged with and/or convicted of sexual assault. And could the University's handling of these matters been better? Yes.
But, here is the elephant I see in the room:
Baylor parents (and ALL parents), PLEASE teach your daughters not to put themselves in vulnerable and compromising situations. If a young woman leaves a bar well after midnight and goes with a guy to his apartment, what does she think is going to happen there? This is not going to be for milk and cookies. Such an action on a young woman's part pretty much amounts to
consensual sex.
And young women at Baylor (and all young women), even if your parents did not teach you to stay away from such situations, step up and take on some personal responsibility of your own. Just do not put yourselves in this type of situation!
The old saying that nothing good happens after midnight may sound trite. But it iS true, especially if alcohol is involved.
I know I will catch flak for this. So, be it.
And, yes, I signed be the petition to keep Judge Starr as President and Chancellor of Baylor. He and his wife Alice are quality people who are dedicated to our university.
