But it’s Kirby’s job to sell the current players on waiting to see where this process lands them. How hard is it to sit down with these kids and say “give us two weeks....if you don’t like the direction of the program, feel free to find a better fit”
ANY good salesman/leader should be able to do that.
For the life of me, I don’t get the players jumping ship without even giving Tech a chance.
Am I wrong on this? or is this just how it is with the transfer portal??
