Found this article earlier and thought some would find it interesting after the Jett discussion the other day. This is why people shouldn't hold it against Jett for suing under the circumstances. Guy in this article couldn't transfer anywhere else because of the same finding. It follows you around. System apparently gives too much power to one person to ruin your life.
