Tipping Movers

Have movers on the way to move me into the new house in Lubbock today. What is the normal tip for movers?

They packed and loaded at our house in Houston (about 1,600sf) and are unloading in Lubbock. My wife was the only one there in Houston. I mentioned tips and she gave them what she had, $40 each to 3 guys.

How much more should I give them?
