With signing day Tuesday, should we announce before or after? Do we (can we) notify potential candidates? Do we let our commits know and how much info? Can we (or candidates) delay other prospects signing elsewhere?
I say go public after informing the coaches and players (no phones in meeting). Retain Filani and Smith to contact recruits and potentially stay, if not retained guarantee jobs next season. They should contact other commits to encourage them to wait and see.
