Rosemary ran a 11.18 100M today at the Tech track meet. It keeps her in solid #1 NJCAA 100M ranking, but if she ran that time in NCAA rankings she be #4. There is no Big 12 women 100M sprinter in the Top 25 national rankings in the 100M.
