I cannot say for certain, but wanted to pass along that based on what I'm hearing, Grant McCasland may not be a candidate for this job.
I think either the aim is higher or the sense is if you are strongly looking at McCasland, then the decision would have been made to hire Mark Adams and all that he brings. I feel strongly enough to pass that along, but I cannot say for sure how this all plays out.
As Aaron and I mentioned this morning in our Zoom, there are clearly some unknowns here.
I think it also fair to say that the quicker a decision is made, the better it is for Adams and the longer it goes that others are a lot more in play with serious interest. If Adams stays here, expect his staff to be very, very well paid.
