There had been some rumors floating around in regards to Ivory Jackson and how solid he was in his commitment to Tech following some comments he had made to the SMU Rivals site. I just got off the phone with him, and he put any and all rumors to rest about how solid he was in his commitment:
"That visit (to SMU) doesn't affect my commitment to Tech at all. I am 100% Tech all the way. Why fix something that isn't broken?"
If you remember, Jackson was down to Tech and K-State when he made his commitment, and he told me that K-State still sends him letters and tries to get in contact, but he has yet to respond to any of their attempts.
It is also worth noting that he has picked up an offer from Jim Harbaugh and the University of Michigan since his commitment which shows how highly other schools view him as a prospect.
