Take the coaching out of the conversation and look at the team. Injuries, inexperience, size and speed are all major issues right now. How and where does this team improve for next year? What replacements do we have that will make a difference in next years team vs what we currently put on display? Now, add back in the current coaching staff to next years team. There is little to zero chance this program can show progress in 2025. I'm trying to find anything to be excited about for this program going forward.
