Joseph Charles Golinske was added to the Florida State Sex Offender Registry on June 7th. Golinske, a Clearwater resident who turns 40 this year, was infamously photographed during a 2019 Proud Boys rally in Portland, Oregon. He had the nickname “Oakman” among the Proud Boys presumably because he’s six and a half feet tall.
Golinske was convicted (archive) of “Lewd or Laviscious Exhibition, Victim under 16, Offender 18 or Older” in Westland, Michigan last year. He was initially charged with four counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct with a person under 13 in June of 2019. This means he was facing child molestation charges during the infamous August 2019 rally in Portland he was photographed at.
