With most of this season now played and looking across the teams that will make up the new Big 12 I really don't see anyone coming into the new league as appearing to be dominant right now. It looks like this could really be a wide open league going in. It will be interesting to see which programs step forward over the next 3-4 years to compete in the top third of the new conference.
