Before you go all postal on Kilff, think about how excited you were when Kliff was hired. He came in with great expectations. Didn't meet them and now everyone moves on. But I refuse to roast Kliff for giving it his all. Focus on the next move and let the past go. I am hopeful for the future. #Guns Up
