Per sources within the industry, former Tech WR Joel Filani will be the next wide receivers coach at Texas Tech.

Filani has been the outside wide receivers coach at UNT since 2016, and spent 1 year at Washington State before that. He was also an offensive GA at Boise State for a couple years.

So there you go, Filani will replace Bouknight.
