I really like what we have done with adding staff from these schools. Just pondering, in terms of recruitment. Mike Jinks and the Cibolo Steele pipeline has been much more fruitful, than that of Emmett Jones and South Oak Cliff (edited: not skyline), but historically speaking what can we expect the life of these pipelines to be, if they are to stick around in the organization a while?
Enjoy the ride while it lasts, because it will end soon; or as long as the coach is there, the pipeline will be as well. Still pretty fresh getting both these staff members and hope to not see it fade as time gets in between their tenure of coaching at the school.
