what does the liberal/progressive left or what is left of it want? The DNC is over....out with the toilet flush of obama. Now his agenda is dead and being undone what is left is the Bernie Sanders populist movement of youngsters or what we call "snowflakes" What do they WANT? Free college tuition and free Health care comes to mind, however if they succeed and get those they will find they have no job waiting for them. SO that is NOT the direction we want to go but it is a real possibility.
With the GOP? Well as we see Trump has no affinity for Washington or it's GOP party leaders. "conservative values" are not on his agenda, "the worker" is. Trump is no McCain who wants America to be the worlds policeman as Trump is willing to work with anyone to keep stability, but he will soon have to face reality. Few of us have been happy with our Traditional 2 party system and we are watching them fade away today. What replaces ?
