The crowed showed up big again yesterday. Almost 365 days since Tech had won an FBS game at home. I know it's group of 5 Houston and they scored 49 points. But the people who made it to the game yesterday deserve a big round of applause for creating another great environment for our team. Makes me damn proud of the support and sets up a big crowd for West Virginia.

Kliff called another great game. Highlighted by this call in the 2nd quarter. 4th and 2 on our own 48 down by 7 after the De'Quan Bowman muffed punt. Big time play from Bowman to Vasher. Huge turning point for us.
And then capping it off with this great playcall to seal it.
I'm a little too critical sometimes of the playcalling in the game thread. But Kliff is setting these teams up with Donta Thompson and our short yardage run game looks. It's coming during these next 3 weeks and it's going to pay off. I was pissed that Kliff didn't go absolutely bananas over the the 2 forward passes but Houston moved so fast we didn't have the benefit of replay to help get it sorted out.
This team could have folded after the Bowman muffed punt. They responded with 14 unanswered points and closed them out.
