So now that the extreme right got their open carry law passed in Texas, businesses must now post a Penal code 30.07 notice to keep them out. Previously they only had to post a Penal Code 30.06 notice to keep out concealed carry and most of the businesses I know did not do that.
But now most of them ARE posting 30.07 notices to keep out open carry, which I certainly understand, but they are also now posting 30.06 notices as well to cover both.
The result is concealed carry is getting more and more difficult in Texas. Thank you, whack jobs.
