Hey there folks, welcome to the last game of the final regular season series here at Rip Griffin Park. The Red Raiders have taken the last two games from the Mountaineers 2-1 in game one and 4-2 in game two. They will be going for the sweep today at 2 o'clock.

Significance of this game?

-Today is senior day which means that it marks the last regular season game in a Tech uniform for Eric Gutierrez, Tyler Neslony, and Cory Raley. Three really good players who have done wonders during Tech's rise on the baseball diamond. It is also Zach Davis, Tyler Floyd, and pitcher Dalton Brown's final regular season games as Red Raiders as well.

-Also as an added bonus, things got a little chippy following the game yesterday which should make for a fun game today. Maybe somebody gets Odored, who knows.

Here are some highlights from yesterday's 4-2 victory:

A clutch hit by Gutierrez gives him RBI number 50 on the season and gives Tech a 1-0:

West Virginia had the chance to break things open in the 4th, but a good play by Gingery kept that from happening:

This three-run shot by Hunter Hargrove in the Bottom of the 7th ended up being the deciding factor (WVU had the bases loaded with no outs that inning and didnt score a run):

Here are today's lineups:
