What has happened to the Texas Tech spirit/identity? I was a student from 95-00. Being a Red Raider to me always meant doing more with less, being a fighter, and always feeling like we had a shot. This was true during the Spike years and even more so in the Leach years.

When Tech got behind, you kept watching because you knew we were never out of a game. Our fans are as passionate as any and put up with more than our fair share of disappointment. We believed in our team. Zach Thomas was Texas Tech. Wes Welker was Texas Tech.

Unfortunately I feel like we've lost our identity. It started under Tuberville and because of the continued disgraceful D play we have started to lose our fight. All I ask for on Saturday is for our team to show some heart. Be physical. Play smart and with discipline.
