The bad news is that I was not able to upgrade. Not even able to move around within my own upper deck section (sec 217). Only thing left is a couple seats in corner sections. (it did not help that I was 2 hours late for my scheduled upgrade slot which is my fault.)
The good news is that the demand for basketball season tickets is high and people have not dropped tickets. We are not going to miss a beat. The arena will be rocking this season. Very exciting times. LFG.
