In the 2021 offseason Junior Alan Bowman transferred away from Texas Tech. Redshirt Sophomore Tyler Shough was the transfer that was brought in to replace him as the starting QB. The rest of the QB room consisted of Redshirt Junior Henry Columbi, true freshman Donovan Smith, and incoming freshman Behren Morton.
Flash forward to 2024 and Tyler Shough is in his 7th year of cfb at Louisville, Donovan Smith is in his 5th year of cfb at Houston, Alan Bowman is in his 7th year of cfb at Oklahoma State, and Behren Morton is in his Redshirt Junior season at Texas Tech.
That’s absolutely insane.
