So this list supposedly has the best brewery for each state on it. Obviously this is very subjective, but I was looking for some insight. For Texas they list Jester King, which I am not at all familiar with. Their website is here. From the description, it sounds like they do a lot of fruit flavorings in their beer, and not so much conventional beers, but maybe I'm reading this stuff wrong. Anyone have an opinion on this place? Lately, I've been a big fan of Deep Ellum, Rahr, and Grapevine Craft Brewery. Of course I love Shiner, and many of their products, but I think they are focusing more on smaller operations here. I know that we have some posters on here who are launching their own brewery in Houston, and I have not had the privilege of trying their product yet, but I look forward to doing so one day.
