Thought it was one of the better officiated games I've seen this year while watching Tech. Their charge calls were on point, maybe the second foul on Ramsey and Benson's reach in late in the game were 50/50, but thought they let them play. The four charges were great to see!! Fran mentioned the one ref had been around for a long time, NBA and NCAA, so that helped.
As far as the game, this was billed as OU last chance to get in the tourney, a dog backed into the corner and they played like that. Doolittle and Manek played in the "shadows" of their home town and it showed. 4 OU players in double figures mixed with Tech laying a huge turd. Games like this happen, nothing goes your way, everything seems to go your opponents way.
Tech will be taking on a UT team Saturday that is in similar situation as OU. A win against Tech on The road, paired with a win at OU and home against OSU might get them in. This is what
is here for, to regroup and finish the regular season fight strong!!
