Bjorn Thomson (2015 tennis signee) is from Ireland and will start play for Tech in the spring. e is ranked #8 in Ireland and has a ITF ranking of #90. He recently made it to the semifinals of the Irish Men's Tennis Open before losing. He did beat the #1 seed on his way to the semi's.
Dustin May (2016 baseball commit) is a RHP from Justin Northwest. He chose Tech over TCU. He was named a Jupiter Impact Player in the "Hidden Gems" category. "While the look at the 6-6 RHP was much too short-- only 23 pitches-- it was very impressive. May's fastball was comfortable between 90-93 mph with fairly calm and directional mechanics and his curveball flashed power and tight spin."

This past summer, she finished 2nd in HJ at the USATF Jr. Olympics Region 12, 2nd in HJ at the USATF Jr. Olympics Southwest Assn. and finally 8th in HJ at the USATF Jr. Olympics National Championships. She also plays VB where she was named 2nd team All-District.

Ulysses Cantu (2016 baseball commit) at the World Championships in Jupiter, FL in his final 3 games playing for Texas Scout Team Yankees went 7-11 with 5 extra base hits including 2 HR. He was named to the World Championships All-Tourney team. He was named a Jupiter Impact Player in the "Bats Stepping Up" category. "Cantu was one of the best and most productive hitters at the Area Code Games in August and he was the same at Jupiter. Along with his strength and bat speed, Cantu has outstanding barrel-to-ball skills and will be a low strikeout hitter. HIs long HR off a low inside curveball was a textbook lesson in how to keep your hands back on an off-speed pitch. Scouts won't love his hitting profile but it's one oft he better pure bats in the class."
