I’ve been to 100’s of Tech games over the years. I currently live in The Woodlands so getting to Lubbock is not easy. Over the last few years the atmosphere at The Jones has been terrible. The tradition of leaving at half regardless of the score or performance has become irritating. Instead of buying season tickets i decided to start taking my family to road games and neutral site games. The fans that show up seem to have more fun and they don’t leave at half. I was pleasantly surprised at the Tech turnout yesterday. The crowd stayed and cheered. It was much more fun than the beating that now is a Tech football game on campus. Beat me up. I don’t care about you whinny Internet tough guys.
