Highlights of the article include 13 players signed their LOI, which ranks Tech #21 in the country for the recruiting class, making it the fourth consecutive year that Tech has signed a top 25 class (according to Perfect Game).
Tech signed kids from five different states. The kids we snagged from out of state were some of the most highly ranked kids from that state:
Cordell Dunn - #2 player from Mississippi
Gabe Holt - #2 player in Georgia
Trevor Rogers - #1 player from New Mexico (#1 left handed pitcher in the ENTIRE country)
KC Simonich - #1 player from Illinois
Ryan Sublette (teammates with Simonich)
There is a break down of each recruit in the article, which I suggest you visit to see a profile on each player. I talked with Rogers' dad at one of the Red/Black game, and he is already talking to a bunch of scouts, I don't expect to see him on campus. However, it is a testament to this coaching staff that they continually are able to sign big time prospects like him, Josh Naylor (the Canadian power hitter) and Trent Clark (both Naylor and Clark went in the first 15 picks).
