If the NCAA does anything over the offseason, they need to get a clear definition of what "Targeting" is and is not.
Way too subjective and the penalty is far too sever for something no two people cannot agree on.
All for player safety, but LA Tech just had a guy ejected for essentially hitting the QB in the chest. It was "late", so he got that penalty, but the actual tackle was solid. Yet, he was ejected.
