Little project I've had in mind, something I did last year that I had a lot of fun with. This is all completely based on a website called BracketMatrix.com, that pulls major bracket websites and finds averages of where each team will be seeded in the tournament. Currently, BM has Texas Tech as a No. 3 seed, with some brackets suggesting the Red Raiders could be a No. 2 seed.
