I didn't mention it in my answer, since that file is geared more toward a national audience and I didn't want to get too long-winded, but the fact that Texas Tech just gave two-year, guaranteed contracts to half of its coaching staff makes me think Kingsbury has a little more margin for error this season. Maybe I'm wrong about that - wouldn't be the first time - but it wouldn't surprise me.
