WTF is going on down there? My inlaws are driving to Lubbock from San Antonio. They are south of Sweetwater and called and said it's white-out conditions and they had to pull over. Said a State Trooper came by three times and told them that no one is going anywhere for the time being. Finally came by a fourth time and said that plows and sand trucks are on their way but no idea on a timetable. They've already been stopped for two hours. Crazy.
