Sunday Ticket Help

I have uverse but been using my brother in law's log in to stream Sunday sticker games via PS4. Question is, are there any other 'plug in' devices like chrome cast or the Amazon one that can access Sunday Ticket? Kind of a pain dragging PS4 from room to room.
