Me and the Wife are building a house over off of 50th and Milwaukee in Westmont Estates, and having driven by, the only internet provider there at the moment is Suddenlink. I know AT&T will probably build into that development since their fiber is all over the area, but my main question for anyone connected to/employed by Suddenlink is:
Is that area still getting the weird hybrid thing where you get fiber to the house, but the signal gets converted to RF and you still have a cable modem, or is it finally using something better like GPON? I know on the Click Me, there is Altice Fiber listed, but is that really in Lubbock yet?
