I've seen this mentioned here in the past and started about 3 weeks ago. So far squats are the only thing that actually make me feel like I'm working out. obviously it gets more difficult toward the end, but right now I almost feel like going to the gym is a joke.
I started this because I was out of the gym for 2 months and the holidays were coming up so I thought a 3 day "split" would be something that was easy to keep up with and a good way to ease back into lifting while improving my strength. I plan to get back to my regular routine once I max this out.
All that to say... does it work? am I wasting my time? anyone have any decent results from this program, or am I wasting my time?
