Still Confused on Targeting...

I guess I still don't understand the targeting rules... because it appears the exact same hit happened to Bowman against WVU. They even had the balls to have TWO guys make the same hit, no calls.

Both WVU defenders leading with crown of helment, ref watching whole thing...

Both WVU defenders impact with crown of helmet, ref watches...

The ref was right there watching the whole thing, didn't even bat an eye. No call, no ejection, injured QB.
