Stephenville loses a QB

Apparently the competition to replace He Who Shall Not Be Named got easier. I think he was a SOPH QB and has some potential. Played one week for Stephenville in a SQT, and then for Tolar the next week in a league.

Matt Stepp with Rivals confirmed the transfer.
