Stars v Offers— What is Most Important to You?

I know few of us are recruiting experts, but I am curious the boards thoughts on what is more important to you, the stars next to a recruits name or the offers they receive.

Obviously with a four star and above the question is largely irrelevant, but three stars and below to me it seems very interesting to look at.

Personally, I strongly lean towards who offers the recruit other than us.
