McDonald's at West End location in Dallas has a large black man standing in front of the bathroom asking you for a receipt if you want to use it. Got off Dart train and was dying to use bathroom so I had to buy a cup of coffee I did not want showed him the receipt did my thing and poured it out. Thought about that experience when the Starbuck's thing got blow up in the news. Notice in WSJ today they had to back off policy a bit to not allow sleeping, drugs, etc.
