Really good. Comparable to Star Trek 6 in tone but without the albatross of aging actors who could not keep up with the demands of an action film. Excellent effects, good acting, sad in-memorium. Very few little things that were eye-roll quality.

I do wish that they hadn't destroyed the Enterprise... again... but it was made better by them skipping forward through 3 years of mission. The new A is sweeeeeet. Love the throwbacks to the original models, but the modernized look.
