Staff/Prevost - NEZ?

Was wondering if you all could provide a little more info regarding the NEZ project?

I know it was reported at the presser that there will be 45 "suite opportunities" but obviously they can't fit 45 suites in that existing building so just curious as to what kinds of suites these will be? And is the plan still to stat this offseason?
