I'm two things, an old and a hoarder, at least regarding college football stuff. I'm keeping all my Dave Campbells, Tech media guides etc., but I have a stash of 70 college football preview magazines from 1984 to 2014 I'll happily donate to anyone in Houston or willing to come to Houston to pick up. SoCal Raider kindly took my Dave Peters' collection last year, but I need to get rid of more. Breakdown below:
Sporting News - 16 issues - between 1984 and 2008
Street and Smiths - 9 issues between 1984 and 2003
Athlon - 26 issues between 1985 and 2014
Lindy's - 17 issues between 1991 and 2014
Phil Steele - 2 issues between 2008 and 2009
A few have Tech on covers but all provide review of Tech as part of regional or conference coverage. If you know anyone who had a kid playing somewhere in that era, they might be interested in a particular year even (but I'm not mailing anything, too big a pain) If no takers, I'll pitch them and weep a bit for my youth and for all the years I had crazy hope we'd win a natty.
